Brief Summary of Work for this Position:

Temporary pool for non-teaching EHRA – This position will provide consulting, coaching, or facilitation to clients. This work will support clients to achieve specific goals for individual and/or organizational improvement through one on one or small group sessions. The work may include assessments and other data gathering through instruments, interviews and on-site observations.

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Temporary pool for non-teaching EHRA – must have:

Excellent interpersonal communication; presentation; and facilitation skills

Analytical skills to define challenges and suggest improvement initiatives

Certifications or licensure required to perform the essential functions of the position

Temporary pool for non-teaching EHRA

Preferred formal education or training, professional skills and work experience

Temporary pool for non-teaching EHRA – Bachelor’s degree preferred
Master’s degree preferred
